Mike Hollandsworth has a proven track record as a leader and a builder of small businesses.  He started his own recreational surfacing contracting company in 1988 and grew revenue from $.5M to $1.5M in less than five years.  As Executive Director of National Strength Professionals Association, sales increased 100% in 2 years.  In his most recent position as a Director of the Maryland Athletic Club, he built a quality team of professionals along with achieving all-time high customer service scores in the club's nine year history.

Early in his career he worked as a construction estimator for a company that performed site development work for residential contractors.  Mike has a passion for all aspects of real estate.  He has been a real estate investor for 14 years.  Now he wants to use his real estate knowledge to assist both individuals interested in purchasing their own home and investors in achieving their financial goals. 

He is a member of the Harford County Association of Realtors and he has made his home in Harford County for 41 years.
