A lifelong resident of Harford County, Len brings an extensive background in project management and land development to Garceau Realty. Len first entered the real estate field working at a civil engineering company with offices in Baltimore and Harford Counties in Maryland and in Sussex County, Delaware.

After obtaining his Master’s in Real Estate Land Development from Johns Hopkins University, Len went on to work for a large regional builder in the mid-Atlantic region overseeing land acquisitions and project development in five states.
