She obtained her license in 1983 and is now celebrating her 26th year with her affiliation at Garceau Realty.  Having been raised in East Baltimore and in particular Butchers Hill,  she feels extremely comfortable with selling to first time home buyers in the city in addition to the move up buyer.  Her areas of expertise run from Baltimore City, Baltimore County and north to Harford County, where she shares her home with her high school sweetheart, Jerry.

Barbara is aware of the anxiety of relocating in our fast-paced society.  In 1987 she and her family relocated to Southern California, where she was fortunate to work with many transient buyers, making them comfortable in a new environment.  She moved back to

Baltimore five years later and continued her quest to make dreams come true for her clients.  She has consistently been in the top 5% of producers nationwide.

Her commitment to her buyers and sellers is non-parallel.  She believes that her true strength is her negotiating skills.  It is her firm belief that if a seller wants to sell and a buyer wants to buy, it will happen.
