Adrian Sushko was raised in what is now called Patterson Park Place. As a young man, Adrian attended the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, one of the city's most vigorous academic and technical preparatory programs for math and sciences. This enabled Adrian to embark in a mechanical engineering career that included projects within the NASA Space Program. Adrian also has served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, training him in leadership and following superior's objectives.

In 1999, Adrian transitioned his passion for mechanical engineering and project management into a career in Real Estate. Adrian has been a Maryland real estate licensee since 1999, and has successfully combined his engineering expertise and military leadership experience with his real estate knowledge of his East Baltimore roots. This has enabled him to deliver quality and efficient results to a growing list of satisfied clients.
